1. What software do I need to have to use these templates?
You will need to have some version Photoshop to work with these templates along with a good working knowledge of how to use it.
2. Can I change colors and text on the templates?
Most colors on templates can be altered. There may be an exception for the older designs. Fonts can be changed, moved, and resized
3. Do the actual fonts come with my purchase?
Font are not included in your purchase. I will however provide the name of the font and you will be happy to know that all my fonts are free!
4. What if I don't have a paypal account? Can I give another form of payment?

Paypal is the only form of payment I accept. Signing up for paypal is simple,
fast, and reliable.

All templates are PSD files and will be delivered via email.
6. How long does it take to receive my templates?
You will receive your templates within 48 hours, but in most cases less than 24 hours of purchasing. If you have not heard from me within 48 hours, please check the following:
1. Your junk mail folder. Yousendit emails like to go there sometimes.
2. The email address you use for your paypal account.

7. I ordered templates from you and never received ANYTHING!
Please check your junk/spam folder at the email address that you provided in your paypal payment. If you did not provide a specific email address that you wanted them sent to, then please check the email address that you use to login to paypal with. If you didn't provide another email address in your order, I have no choice but to send them to the email provided by your paypal account. Also, if you have your junk/spam folder set to purge junk mail immediately, then you may miss the yousendit.com email all together.
8. Can I get together with a group of people and all pitch in to pay, and then share my files/download?
No. File sharing is not allowed. You will be stealing if you do this..
